Julia Carchelan is a young artist that resides in Nisporeni, Moldova. She is the daughter of Ion Carchelan, one of Moldova's premier painters. Julia paints in a technique know as wet-in-wet watercolor. Her young talent is amazing to watch as she demonstrates her rapid and confident brush strokes.
