Jane Duncan Stogner will exhibit a new collection of landscape paintings that evoke a sense of place and the changing of seasons from spring to summer. Her palette knife and brush paintings capture the spirit of the land, water and sky. Her unique creative process of thick, vibrant paint and flowing colors are sophisticated and timeless. Many of the paintings are instantly recognizable as local landmarks.
Jane has been a professional artist for over four decades and has exhibited her oil paintings in many prestigious art galleries and museums. Her paintings are in many private and corporate collections from New York to California.
She is an award winning art educator and is professor emeritus from Ferrum College.
